Frensch 'F-4 Touch LED'
One light – three functions. The main light is powered by 15 white LEDs with the night light function operated by the central red LED. The On/Off switch is operated and controlled by the same central red LED.
The light from the future. The development of the F-4 Task-Light has been a small revolution. This new and sophisticated generation of luminaires sets standards in the way of technology and user-friendliness. It is a TouchLED® with a light source and a sensor housed in one multifunctional unit which does not need a switch or any additional wiring, providing more comfort and perfect lighting at all times.
Everything at your fingertips. A soft touch of the red sensor LED activates the light source and switches it off again. The other 15 white LEDs provide plenty of bright light that can be directed exactly where you need it. However, the red LED in the center is not just the ON / OFF switch but also has a night light function which is automatically activated in the dark, meaning that the LED changes from glowing to full light so it can be easily located. The night light function deactivates automatically in daylight and can also be turned off manually at any time. What is more, since there are no mechanical switches inside the luminaire spark formation or mechanical wear and tear simply cannot occur.
Perfect light that does the thinking. Together with the integrated watchdog timer – which automatically switches the luminaire back into the standby mode – the F-4 Task-Light is the perfect on-board light source. The integrated electronic system controls the exact, predefi ned current even during voltage fluctuations, thus ensuring constant flicker-free brightness and a long working life. For outside applications a stainless steel IP 65 version is available. A dimmable Version with warmwhite LED is as F-4 M-DW in shiny chrome available.
