The Termodinamica VRT18X1 is a marine inverter compressor designed to provide efficient variable capacity heating and cooling for larger marine HVAC applications. It delivers up to 80,000 BTU/h (18 kW) of cooling and heating capacity, with power consumption ranging from 0.8 to 4.0 kW.

The VRT18X1 features a twin rotary compressor with VRT inverter architecture, supported by a Toshiba VFD and RS485 Modbus communication. An integrated 100 W magnetic seawater pump provides a flow rate of 100 L/min, while the system supports seawater temperatures from +3°C to +40°C, with an optional polar water configuration down to -5°C. The unit operates with refrigerant circulation inside the air handlers and is available in 180–250 VAC single-phase configuration, with 400 VAC and 700 VDC options available on request.
