How to Replace Solenoid Valves

  1. Retract tabs completely to relieve pressure in Hydraulic Power Unit.

  2. Valve should unscrew from Power Unit body by hand.

  3. Remove wire from plug by holding down barb on end of wire and pulling out wire.

  4. Screw in new valve, making sure that the plunger and spring remain inserted up inside valve.

  5. (Be careful not to drop and lose plunger and spring when cap is removed from valve threads.)

  6. Do not over tighten valve. Screw-in snugly by hand
